  1. Nice...I can tell that you only used the painting and blur tool, to be honest, it has some mistakes, first, the eyes dont have an iris, the hair looks good but it would look better if you had some more shading and smudge.
    Keep Going

  2. In my opinion it’s good you did well with the brush tool and the blur tool the hair looks fine and the lips look good as well but you had some mistakes the eye needs to have an iris for the eye one thing that will help is to use the shading and smudge so the picture look better and make the eyebrows more visible it’s an good picture. Keep Going Jaime

  3. Jaime Garcia, well congrats to you good sir it seems like you actually understand how to use the different types brushes on photo shop. I also know that your very dedicated and you know and enjoy photo shop, I guess those are more factors that contributed to the your project. You are also very patient when it comes to working on a task, like this project...it took a lot of patience (something I need to learn). Now to speak of your page, I think it needs more pink and colorful stuff, you know more bright colors and pretty patterns? Just kidding, I think your page and is cute and simply, like the in the good old days, before cell phones and computers..sorry I digress.
In my opinion, you pretty much understood the idea of using brushes and different colors to make the skin on a person look more realistic. That’s awesome, I still can’t understand how or where we were supposed to use the different skin tones to make skin more realistic and to give it reflections. Oh also I noticed that you knew what kind of sizes to use when it came to drawing different areas of the face, like a thicker brush for the hair and thinner brush for the eyes, great tip buddy! That really helped me with my second at my Hannah Montana drawing.
To be a good at photo shop, I think you need to be committed, have patience, and oh well obviously to enjoy photo shop. I think you have all three components to be a good photo shop-er ...I’m not sure if that’s a word, but if it is not... then congrats, you just made a new word because of your great photo shop skills! Once again I apologize, I digress… but seriously I honestly think you have the skills and components to take on major projects.
I guess the last thing I am going to express my opinion on is on your page. Like I said before its cute and simply, but I don’t know..I like lots of bright colors and pretty patterns, I think it gives a page more excitement and less plain. Like for example, would you like a plain ham & cheese sandwich? Or ham & cheese sandwich with tomato, lettuce, and mustard and mayo? Yeah I hope you understand what I’m trying to say..you’d pick the more yummy looking one right?
Well overall Jaime, you did pretty good and I know at points you got frustrated but at least you didn’t give up or get senioritis..like me! Good job and Jaime and keep on learning young grasshopper (:

  4. Jaime Garcia, i can see your skills are pretty good for this challenge. You really knew what you were doing and accomplished it very good. Drawing on computer is not as easy as it seems, drawing small little details on a face can be difficult, like trying to curve the mouse to get a perfect arch or circle is not that easy. You did managed to do a very good job.

I noticed that you managed to utilize the smudge tool very well ,and applied it to the right details on her face. Another thing i liked was that you drew her lips exactly how it appears in the original. Overall you did very, very good for a drawing on photoshop, nice!

  6. In this drawing I think you did a good job because you drew it correctly to the original. especially the nose which looks correctly aligned to the picture. Also you did a good job on the lips and the hair looks about right it looks a bit weird and not the right color.
However in the shading I think you did a good job on the part where the lips are but you put shade in the cheeks and i didn’t see any shade in the region. It kind of makes the face look fat
